Celebrating 10 Years of the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance

Rooted in purpose. Rising in power. This year, we celebrated a decade of the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance — 10 cohorts, 192 Mink Leaders, and a growing community of women dedicated to personal growth, professional impact, and leading with purpose in their communities.

What began as a bold vision — sparked by the tiniest of conversations on a plane — has grown into something truly remarkable. Built to increase the representation of women executives in Hawaiʻi, the Alliance created a space where women could grow in confidence, strengthen their leadership, and forge meaningful relationships that extend far beyond the program.

To our Mink Leaders — it is an honor to be part of your journey, not just in leadership, but in life. And to our founders, Advisory Board, partners, and community — mahalo for being the driving force behind this work. Your commitment has shaped not just a program, but a movement.
